Who is Franky Fernandes?

Franky Fernandes is an Executive & Relationship Coach, Certified Financial Planner, author and educator. He spent many years in the corporate world before moving into coaching, financial planning, marriage education and writing.

His work today brings together four areas that are usually treated separately: career, money, marriage and life.

My Journey

I spent many years in the corporate world. It taught me how organisations work, how careers are built, and how much of a person's life quietly bends around their job.

Over time my work moved toward coaching, financial planning, marriage education and writing. Not as a break from what came before, but because the questions people brought me were rarely contained within one category.

What I Believe

Success is not simply professional achievement or financial wealth. A life that genuinely works also needs healthy relationships, financial wellbeing, meaningful work, and clarity about what matters.

Career affects marriage. Money affects relationships. Marriage affects career. Financial decisions affect family wellbeing. Treating these as separate projects is why so much good advice fails in practice.

Why I Coach

Most people I meet are not short of intelligence or effort. They are short of clear space to think, and honest questions asked at the right time.

Coaching, done properly, is not motivation. It is structured thinking that leads to a decision you can actually live with — and then to action.

My Work Today

I work with individuals and couples through coaching, assessments, programs, books and teaching. Executives navigating leadership and career decisions. Couples working on communication, trust and money. People in the middle of a transition trying to name what comes next.

Alongside the coaching sits a body of written and educational work: frameworks, assessments and books that people can use on their own.

My Qualifications

Executive & Relationship Coach. Certified Financial Planner. Author. Educator.

Extensive corporate experience, followed by a transition into coaching, financial planning, marriage education, writing and teaching.

Thought leadership

Frameworks for Understanding Life, Marriage and Money

These frameworks underpin the coaching, the assessments and the books. They exist because the same patterns kept appearing in the room.

The Four Fidelities

Fidelity in marriage is wider than one commitment. This framework treats it as four.

  • Relational Fidelity
  • Emotional Fidelity
  • Financial Fidelity
  • Sexual Fidelity

Harmony & Money

A framework connecting financial wellbeing and marital wellbeing — and what happens when one is pursued at the expense of the other.

Life Perspective

A framework for understanding how people relate to the past, the present and the future they are moving toward.

Career & Marriage Harmony

A framework for understanding the interaction between professional life and marital life.
